Ya know, Clowney was a giant prospect. He had some great numbers. I used to follow the draft when we were picking high in the first round. Saw him do nothing in his final bowl game. Now, it could be that he was trying to stay uninjured , but he was much less impressive. Don't know where Snead values him, but I don't think it's high. I'm perfectly okay with him signing elsewhere. Give me Ingram and the HB.
I suspect he's just not a competitive dude. He's immensely gifted without a doubt. But nobody seems to be able to get it all out of him and I doubt that changes. He'd probably play really hard in LA under this staff of course but thankfully the Rams steer clear of guys like him.
