Does Jones become Von Miller in a 5-1?

Do you think Jones can rush the QB almost as good as Miller?

If "yes" then doesn't the pick up of Wagner replace the loss of Miller and save the Rams cap space?

Certainly Wagner is a level or more better than Reeder so, if the answer to the question above is "yes" then doesn't that make the Rams better against the run?
