I think with every passing day teams gain more leverage in free agent contracts. Gilmore has missed 14 of 33 games the past two years and frankly not been that good when he played. He was elite in 2018 and 2019 but that's not what he is in 2022 when he's also about to turn 32. Personally I wouldn't give Gilmore more than a one year, $3M deal with some incentives added in.
