To get another opportunity as Head Coach. He seems so in touch with not only veterans, but the young group (Cats) that is coming into the NFL now too. Problem with Morris is he's a defensive coach and if I was hiring a Head Coach, I would definitely want an offensive coach. In fact, with all the retirement talk of McVay on the staff I immediately thought of wanting Coaches like Thomas Brown or even Liam Coen to succeed McVay for example, but Raheem Morris seems so in touch with today's athletes and might even be a better Head Coach then DC, however, his career record is 21-38 very similar to Bowles, but Morris has admitted he was not ready back then and now would be, but again, it would be tough for me to hire a defensive coach because if the does find a good OC, they are going to be gone in one or two years at best. It's much easier to find a veteran DC, then OC IMHO.
