Here's my take.....Every NFL Team is in constant motion, 24/7, all the time, everyday. It's like a boat on the ocean, the journey is never the same because the "road" is in constant motion.

Teams can't keep every player on the roster, it's just not possible with retirements, injuries, free agency, trades, ect........

For me, the Rams have a method to the madness.

They ADD QUALITY FA's...Leaders from other teams that "FIT" the "WE NOT ME" standard. If the Rams feel they can improve just 1 position, they will make the move and not be afraid to do it. (Goff and Stafford.)

The reward, a DEEP and TALENTED Roster from top to bottom.
