Two: Rapp did SOMETHING to p#ss off Ramsey.

It was shameful and unprofessional and I honestly wasn't surprised to see Ramsey was the guy to do it. I would love to know what REALLY happened to cause that but I doubt we ever know unless one of them speaks about it.
