I don't get the logic that Key would improve in LA. He was on perhaps overall the best D line in football last year. 6.5 sacks is nothing to sneeze at but I'd bet Hollins or Lewis or Garrett would get that on a full year of playing.
I think it is likely that he'd be about the same guy.
Unless the Rams thought he was a noticeable upgrade and at a pretty decent price, this typically is not a Snead type of pick up.
