Speed brings up some interesting points but I wonder if our FO is perhaps taking a different approach to things. Maybe they believe they are somewhat ok for now, they are aware of their limitations, and will make moves later, as need demands and as the season progresses just like last year.
Not everything has to be fixed overnight and patience can be very rewarding.
