That's their right. And I imagine that some believe there's no hurry; they may even get more as the season approaches due to injuries, sub-par play of vets and rookies, etc. In other words, teams feeling a little desperate. Kind of a risky game to play, but that's certainly their choice, as it is the NFL teams to say "too much".
