What Happen in Atlanta with Fowler?

Didn't want to lose him as he was awesome for the Rams, but I understand the defense was on the downside in 2020, but last season there was a new coaching staff & plus a seasoned DC in Dean Pees, but he lost his starting job after being injured with three weeks, so he ended up with 4.5 sacks in 6 games started. He was out due to calf injury at 27 and his best season along side Donald, I wonder is this where the Rams go?
