The Bucs signed Brady and a couple of high profile players to free agent contracts. The Rams have been giving up high picks to collect stars for a number of years now. The Broncos are trying to do exactly what the Rams did last year with Stafford, but the Rams have been giving up picks for stars at other positions for years before getting Stafford. The Seahawks tried to emulate that with Jamal Adams, but that one blew up in their face.
