compared to trying to find players who may play like players.....like teams when they tried to find the next Warner etc....for a team to follow and or copy the way the RAMS FO operates to me would seem near impossible.....they may try to copy it, but to me it goes much deeper than just doing it the way they do it.......You need your FO set up in tandem with your coaching staff and scouting departments....teams always try to copy what is successful, but trying to mimic a certain offense style, defense style isn't like trying to copy the way a team runs at its core....
