Can Rams run back 2018 SB team? (I am not saying they should)

Fowler, Littleton and Safford have all been cut by their teams so far this offseason. Suh, Joyner, Malcolm Brown and Blythe are UFAs. Only Saffold and Suh have played well after leaving the rams. Saffold has been declining over time according to PFF and I am sure they are not interested in Suh.
Running the 18 team back also means holding onto Allen, Obo, Noteboom, and Joseph.
Unlikely any of the ex-rams come back but it would be definitely cheaper than trying to run back the 2021 team.
A minute after I posted this I saw Joyner resigned with the Jets so running back the 18 team takes a hit.
