While the eyeball test gives you the sense that 1st half was easier, remember Murray played lights out
1st half, no good 2nd half,
and the tougher first second half was not by any big margin,.
But thank you for showing that the first half and 2nd half are about even,... that said, then we can
get into nitty-gritty of toughness of schedule.
The bottom line is some aspects of the defense were better in the first half and some were better
in the send half, some things about the same.
It breaks the myth that the defense was somehow amazing when Miller got there...at best
you can say the pass defense was marginally better, pss ush was down a little, run defense down a little
and it tilts to a slightly tougher schedule in 2nd half, but not much.
The defense stepped forward in playoffs . . .
But there was no great night and day difference between first and second half. Said it all along.
