He improves this D from very good to elite status. Just look at the D results during that playoff run against some outstanding teams.
Rams surely know this and I think that they will strain to extend Miller if at all possible. He is the most crucial offseason signing by far.
Extending with Rams makes a ton of sense for Miller, too. Such a confluence of FO, coaches, and roster comes along very rarely for a FA. Almost makes too much sense for all parties.
