As good as Ramsey was last year, when Staley's offense was kinda of new, he still couldn't shut down Green Bay's premier QB/WR combo. With the way the game is called the best corners of all time would have problems with a great qb/wr combo at the top of their game. Which is why I cut Ramsey a lot of slack, sure he got a little cooked in the Super Bowl but Joey B was on fire and he had hella weapons. Ramsey is as good as it gets as far as corners go, and we get about as much as we can righteously consider from him. Yes he has shut down Russ/DK but neither of those are what I consider elite right now. While Pornstar Jimmy isn't elite Deebo (in combo with Shanny's play calling) is and the before mentioned Devante Adams. Ramsey has done well against DHop but that might as much be about the QB throwing Nuke the ball as it is Ramsey just owning Nuke. Even the greatest pitchers at the peak of their powers throw perfect games.
