I really don't think any other QB in the NFL could have made those two plays at the end of the TB game. That last pass to Kupp was miraculous, and Stafford made the throw despite Ndamukong Suh barreling down on him; he didn't even have the time to step into the throw, so he made it completely with his arm.
I believe it was the best play I've seen by a quarterback in all of the 46 years I've watched football. Nothing else is even close with the possible exception of Terry Bradshaw's TD throw to Lynn Swann against the Cowboys in SB X.
But with all of the other factors involved such as time on the clock, Matthew Stafford's effort is number one in my book.
