I'm hoping Kroenke makes him one of the highest paid Head Coaches in the NFL. McVay is the straw that stirs the drink, not only providing the culture and We Not Me, but also his ability to recruit players, Rams don't get Stafford or OBJ without McVay, he's vital and needs to be locked up as Ram Head Coach for a long period of time and compensated accordingly.
