Remember Noteboom is in year 4 and so is Allen....Noteboom did little in his first 3 years, struggled in starts at guard and a few spot starts at LT

David Long struggled first 2 years, did much better as a 3rd year player

Howard, Shelton and the tight ends are a few others that come to mind....just my opinion
