The Rams are a teaching organization and that teaching is critical in developing coaches and players. You even see more established players help coach younger players.
Steven Covey talks about 3rd person teaching which says when you teach someone else you actually learn more yourself. You can see this in action as it permeates the organization where people are encouraged and empowered to grow, learn and develop.
While this is clearly evident with the players and coaches it also is part of how Snead and the scouting staff operate too.
