I don't understand the dynamic value of what these various assistant coaches bring to the table. But I wonder, "If they were worth it, why don't the Rams offer to pay them more?" Now I understand that it's more than just money; guys want to make a name for themselves, become SB winning HCs, etc, but money also talks and talks loudly depending in the amt.
Further, the Rams' asst. coaches have been raided for years but it's us wearing the ring. I hate to say this but it feels like these asst. coaches are a dime a dozen, at least the lower lvl ones.
Hell, maybe some of you guys should apply for a job with the Rams' org!
