Exactly, in this still the ball is already in the air, we are talking 1 second or less that Ramsey was on the ground. Chase is fast,he can travel 40 yards in Less than 4.5 seconds, the fact that chase is merely 3 yards away from Ramsey and the ball is already in the air, chase was not open before Burrow was being tossed to the ground.
