I was so glad the Rams did not to have to go to play in Green Bay against Rogers in the snow.
I was so glad to deny the 49ers a Superbowl trip.
I was so glad not to have to play KC and Mahomes and especially glad not to face Josh Allen and that Buffalo defense.
I thought things broke just right for the Rams with the above listed factors.
I thought the Rams matched up well with Cincinatti. This was not the task of facing the Walsh/Montanna/Young 49ers, the Aikman/Irvin/Smith Cowboys, the Belichick/Brady Patriots, the Noll Steel Curtain Steelers or the 85 Bears.
But when OBJ went down, the Rams could not get a running game going, the Bengals scoring on one play to open the second half followed by Stafford's second interception things felt bleak.
Kupp, Stafford get the TD with about 1:35 left in the game to cap the15 play drive that started with 6 minutes. I am thinking the Superbowl is going into OT. Aaron Donald closed it out again, just wow. All the aggressive front office moves paid off. What a wonderful ride it has been being a Rams fan.
