Such a silly, uninformed narrative they have been pushing. Every team has the SAME SALARY CAP each year and the same number of draft picks slotted by the league.

How you use that is completely up to you as long as you play by the rules.

Nothing the Rams have done is illegal and they have found a pretty darned good formula of signing proven talents vs drafting crap shots that may or may not pan out.

Then flipping some of those stars for 3rd round comp picks when they leave, that they then develop into solid players.

The Rams are one of the best at developing later round and I drafted guys.

The hatred for the Rams JUST DOING THINGS DIFFERENTLY is absurd.

We WILL see other teams using the RAMS model very soon.
