The way our D is schemed we will always be vulnerable over the middle. We basically rush 5 with a NT, a DT, a DE and two outside rushers. We usually have two LBs, two safeties and two CBS. Our safeties play deep so plays stat in front of them. Our CBS are way off to the side so they can chase but not prevent shots over the middle. One LB usually takes on the TE. The other, Reeder, needs to take everything else.
If our rushers get home it leads to sacks, fumbles, interceptions and bad incompletions. When we don't get there a guy like Reeder gets picked apart. I see some of both happening. AD, Von and Floyd should rush their qb. When they don't he will complete passes. If they are 5 and 7 yarders we should be fine. For longer developing plays our rush will get him.
