Arrived from JFK this morning. Damn, I love the weather in LA! This town seems pretty excited to be hosting the Super Bowl.
After checking in, my brother and I immediately headed to the Rams Equipment Room at The Grove. Place was packed and full of life:
We both happily picked up one of these bad boys after having no success finding one online:
And it is soooo nice finally being our team’s home city, and for the big game no less:
After an early round of golf tomorrow, we’re heading to the convention center for The Super Bowl Experience. After that I’ll open the Ticketmaster app and finally pull the trigger on tickets. Prices have been steadily dropping, but I’m getting too anxious. I’ll feel much better with tickets in hand. Any advice on seat location from those with experience at Sofi would be most welcome. We’re looking in the 400 and 500 sections on the Rams side. Corner endzone seems most economical, but I wonder about the views compared to closer to the field of play. Also, in the 500 section there is a big price difference between rows 1-5 and say 15+. Is there really that much of a difference in the views from that high up? Any other intelligence is most welcome. Thank you in advance.
Finally, @Rampage2K-, @stlramz, @AlbaNY_Ram, @Ramkind, @JamesJM and @ any other Herdsters going to the game, let us know where you’ll be on game day. We plan on getting to Sofi by 11:AM. Would love to hear what you all have planned and hopefully get to at least share an adult beverage before kickoff.
GO RAMS!!
