Matthew is not prone to making mistakes short or on long drives. He'll miss on deep balls, as you say, or when his radar is off. Which does happen. But I don't think that his inaccurate spells are defense-related. He just starts missing.
That could happen, and it would be bad. But he always hangs in there. The odds are that he will be fairly sharp or better. And he is money in the 4th.
But then there is the running game. We will run the ball. And you can't load up both thr LOS and the deep zones.
The thing is, we have shown we can run, throw long, throw short, and throw medium. Whichever way they load up, we have the answer.
It's just a matter of S M calling a sound game and our lads executing. I think we hold our fate in our hands. Play good football and we will score 20+.
