I'm not sure any of us can understand how hard it must be to readjust after losing your starting Safety tandem later in the year, that includes your Green Dot guy.
I give Morris a lot of credit. But... Snead has pulled some nice levers this year in a timely fashion to bring in some vets that have made a serious difference. Weddle is another one and everything considered, is perhaps as important as the Von Miller acquisition in the sense of getting everyone in position, being where he's supposed to be (and the other players can count on it), and his leadership. He just settles everything down.
