You are correct. The other stat that hurt him was fumbles lost. He had several of those in addition to the interceptions.

Honestly the Giants were just looking for an excuse to get their high priced rookie on the field.

I do t believe they thought Warner would have them at 5-2 and that it would have been easier to pull the plug on him.

I recall there being some very upset fans when then went in the crapper after they switched.
