Stan made an Offer to Shad to give up his right of first refusal for $50 M or thereabouts.
If Shad had paid that, he would have been owner of the Rams.
Kroenke had his eyes on LA and if he couldn't bring the RAms, he was going to buy the Jags and move them.
Glad it worked out the way it did though Kroenke was the same shitheel that helped move the Rams from LA in the first place.
That said, he has been in a good owner for the Los Angeles Rams for sure.
