Atleast when Rams lose offensive coordinators they still have Mcvay. It seems like it takes half the year for our D to play good, every time we lose the D coordinator.

It is much easier to replace the OC with McVay calling the plays anyway! I am surprised how all our OC's get shots as HC's without even calling a play here other than in preseason!

But hey...I guess that's a good thing, isn't it?
