He definitely looks behind the entire defense. Although it happened in a split second. I think Ramsey saw where Jimmy was throwing the ball and came off of Jennings. If Jimmy held the ball a second longer he could've tried to toss it but the only reason Ramsey is there is because Jimmy saw what he thought was an open read already and Ramsey reacted. So Jennings likely wasn't open when Jimmy looked his way but got open after Ramsey correctly read Jimmy's intention.
