It wasn't his talent I was too concerned about, but his personality. I wasn't sure if we'd see that brash, prima-donna side of him which he displayed with other teams. So far, so good. Haven't seen that at all. Not sure what it is about McVay's coaching style, but guys who seem to have had ego issues before coming here don't bring those issues with them. That says a lot about McVay, his coaching staff, and the team environment.
