Exactly. It's great for them, but I'm not convinced that it's all that great for us! It looks good on their resume and time spent with the Rams makes them pretty darned desirable to the rest of the league. But if I were McVay, I'd hate it. It can't be fun trying to replace coaching talent while at the same time maintaining a high-performance team. McVay might enjoy that tremendously, but for me personally.... I would absolutely hate having to do it every frickin' season.
