My Poem for Sunday.........

This is my first poem for this 2021/2022 season! I hope it's good luck!


Rams Revenge


Just a few weeks ago
Who would have guessed
That right about now
We'd be playing our best

In the last game the stands
were a deep Sea of Red
Maybe this time it will be
mostly Rams fans instead.

They bully us, they mock us,
they spit in our face.
It's way past time
to put them back in their place.

Couldn't write a better script
To rip the monkey off our backs
But it will take a combination
Of big plays and sacks!

The Rams mortgaged their future
and gave up those picks
Threw it all against the wall
Just to see what might stick

But now is the time
For it to pay off
And see once and for all
If Stafford trumps Goff

Can Jalen stop Deebo?
Will Von sack Jimmy G?
Or maybe it's Odell
With a knockout TD?

And then to the old guard
It's time to step up!
I'm talking to you
Whit, Donald and Kupp!

The Niners are confident
They'll continue their streak
But my magic 8 ball says
Their outlook looks bleak!

It's all coming together
This is OUR year!
So let's raise a glass
Full of Niner fan tears!!
