Noteboom will be a Ram for a few more years. It'll probably cost them $50 mil for 4 years, but they'll re-sign him.
He's not an All-Pro LT, but he's the next tier down. He's a known quantity, plugs right in and has known only the Rams offense his entire career. Good person. Good team guy. Hard worker. And Stafford trusts him. The Rams don't have to change their offense or passing timing when he's in there.
He's going nowhere. It's simply going to be a matter of what it'll cost and how to make room under the cap. They'll find a way. LTs of his quality don't grow on trees and the Rams aren't going to take a chance because Stafford's health is too valuable.
