I was convinced that Goff wasn't the guy to win us a SB.... at the same time happy to have him because I thought he truly was a good QB, (still think that).
But I took no comfort in thinking Stafford would be that guy... I just didn't know. What I believe I've learned... Stafford IS a step up. Like you I wavered in coming to that conclusion as the season wore on.... but at the same time felt sure I was seeing good things all along that Goff would not have been as successful in accomplishing. - JamesJM
