The history is there. The Rams have won their past 2 games against Tampa, this year included. I'm not entirely sure why this match up has been favorable for the Rams, but it has been. I think it's a bit like trying to understand why the McVay Rams don't match up well against the Shanahan 49ers. On paper it shouldn't work out that way...... but it does on the field.
I am not necessarily predicting a Rams victory..... hoping of course. But the Rams seem to do fine on the road and Tampa of course offers mild weather.
