It was not all on him. There was a lot of self destruction by Murray

You’ve been as annoying as anything, but now I’m wondering if Morris has been holding all his cards close to his vest all season.

I didn’t recognize this defense tonight.

But there were some things never done before---because of injuries

In first half, Burgess was in on only run downs, Weddle on passing

When Rams had big lead----in 2nd half, Burgess was on the field all the time,

Scott played both in base and nickel.

Will need time to study but in 2nd half Burgess was the boundary safety and Scott
was to the wide side

in the Stayley/Morris era this has never happened--Always left and right safeties

In the first half---action was going too fast but it may have been Burgess
as the SS and Scott as the FS and in nickle Scott SS and Weddle FS

though there were exceptions

But the coverages were not al that new, though when we got a lead
more blitzing and cover-1 and so on...

But Reeder and Howard were on field together a lot, not as much
as the 5-1 . . .more 3-4 and then the 4-2-5 nickel

their WRs without Hopkins are not that good...their TEs are decent

But we got some breaks---Murray played hero ball and gave us 7
that was a killer for them.

Then the other pick was a tip---so that was some good luck.

Anyway.

Next week will not be like this.

Murray choked, Brady won't.

Fortunately, Burgess learned how to play in the secondary just in time, huh?
