Craig Wrolstad's crew is in the middle of the pack for total penalties thrown.. but has the 3rd highest roughing the passer penalties thrown.
So you do have to know who the ref's are and what their tendencies are.
Since Roughing the Passer is usually thrown by the Ref, then the argument that this isn't his full crew doesn't apply as the constant is still there which is Craig Wrolstad. So he himself throws the 3rd most roughing the passer penalties in the league.
Clay Martin will be the Ref for the Zona/Rams game.
Clay's crew is towards the bottom on penalties thrown in the game.
Also at the bottom of roughing the passer calls
Does not throw alot of Offensive holding calls
However, here's the kicker... they throw the most Defensive PI flags in the league. Not sure if he will have his entire crew with him for the game (ie if the Back, Line, Field Judges etc.. will be the same)... but this does not bode well for the Rams secondary.
