Seattle has ownership issues, Paul Allen's Sister Jody is the new owner, she gets too involved and uses emotion ran her head at times.

Shes a nice woman and her hearts in the right place, but same thing is happening to the Blazers. After the horrible GM hire in Portland, she's probably a bit gun shy about changing right now.
