What I take from that compared to what’s happened since 2019 is that Shanahan said, ”Never again!” “I’m not letting that pip squeak, young whippersnapper run all over me again!”
So, he started at his white board, called his dad, and drafted to be a run dominant team. AND… that revived his fan base. I don’t recall that many red jerseys at the Coliseum on Dec. 30th, 2018.
