I don't think Fuller is a great tackler. Maybe adequate or reasonably close.

He tackled better in his rookie year and looked bigger. It's like he lost weight. Tell the Rams dieticians to stop feeding these guys soy protein, salads and give them more protein shakes, steaks and potatoes.
