McVay needs to pay attention to the game when his defense is on the field. You see him staring down at his play sheet and not even paying attention to what the defense is doing. He needs to start acting like a real head coach and manage the whole game, not just the offense. This mismanagement by Morris and McVay of this defense makes me sick!

I agree 100%, I noticed the same thing and thought...McVay simply is not a head coach, he's a glorified offensive coordinator. After 5 years that is still all he is because that is really all he wants to be (but he does want to be "in charge". My opinion now is McVay is who McVay is...he's not going to "learn anything" from any particular game and "change his ways." If everyone is happy just making it to the playoffs every year then we are okay, but if you want Superbowl wins it isn't going to happen IMHO. The reason is I think it takes a really good "Head Coach" to win Superbowls and I just don't see it in McVay (so I'm not saying this isn't better than Fisher, but I just don't see us winning a Superbowl as it stands now).
