Congrats!! I did that in 2007, best decision ever. Don't miss the garbage in the least. The wife and I use Sunday afternoon as our going out day. Head down to a great local sports bar and have lunch or dinner and watch the Rams, its always a fun time..... well, except when the Rams get spanked.... that's not fun.... lol :-)
