Chamberlin coached the Canton Bulldogs, Frankfort Yellow Jackets, and Chicago Cardinals in the 20s.
He coached 81 games and went 58-16-7 for a .784 win percentage.
To rival Madden, McVay would have to go 48-7 to get to a .759 win percentage over the next 4-5 years. Yeesh!!!
I didn’t realize Madden was that good. And I watched a lot of 70s Raiders games too. They were on TV quite a bit.
