As we are about to engage another team nicknamed after a group of birds I was wondering why? Why birds? We have Seahawks and Cardinals in our own division.
There's the Eagles, Falcons and Ravens. These are not scary animals, although Eagle and Falcons are raptors and could be dangerous if you were a mouse. I love that our Rams are named after battling creatures. In fact, they smash horns all the time while scaling mountaintops. They are totally tough. Ravens?
