Pretty reasonable. Wind more the factor.

I don't know if anyone here has been to the Ravens' stadium, but it seems to me that since it doesn't have openings on each end, but is more Rose Bowl like in being a completely enclosed oval, then the level of predicted winds shouldn't be too much to deal with. Perhaps more for FGs than for passing. And Stafford's ball velocity helps with that. Receiving punts could be an adventure.

And even for the Southern California Rams players, 60'ish is going to be comfortable. Rams are pretty fortunate to play in weather at this outdoor East Coast stadium that doesn't really favor the home team.

And, unless it unexpectedly rains, the field should have good enough footing.

The Rams for the first time in nearly a month have actually had a normal week of practice, training room treatment, rest, and game interval. They've always traveled well. And having the game moved to 1 pm is good for the Rams. They wake up at a usual time, and then go play. Their body clocks don't really have to adjust much.
