That doesn't mean they can't beat the Rams. But if the Rams play their B game and the Ravens play their A game, the Rams win. The Rams are simply better in every phase of the game. Unless for one game they aren't.
As NFL players say all the time: these guys are all talented professionals. The teams having a rough year are professionals. This is how they earn their living. So that is why "on any given Sunday" is a reality. If the Rams come to play, they'll win. If they come out flat or flop around for awhile, they could lose. I think they are really rounding out, and should win this Sunday.
