You don't hear about him cause he's a back-up at this point

Not a good starter, bad team excuses and all. I'll say it again - USC hasn't put a good QB in the pros since Carson Palmer. Darnold is another in the long line of trojan QB's who are overhyped here in SoCal - maybe because of the large numbers of USC fans and alumni. To the rest of the country - he's another wash-out like Leinart, Sanchez, etc.
